No SlimTide batch releases until an independent laboratory signs it. This page documents the process; the lot verification page shows the current result. Process there, outcome here, in plain terms.

The facility

SlimTide is produced in an FDA-registered facility operating under cGMP, the federal quality system that governs identity, strength, and record-keeping for dietary supplements. Registration is not approval, and this desk never words it as such; it means the facility is inspectable and the paper trail is real.

The independent laboratory

Release screening for the 2026 cycle runs at Quarrystone Assay Laboratories, LLC, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory with no ownership ties to Redbud Wellness Company, LLC. Accreditation matters because it audits the lab itself: methods, calibration, and competence, reviewed by a third party.

Screens on every batch

• Identity and fiber assay: inulin and resistant starch confirmed and quantified by HPLC-ELSD; lot ES26.R2-0518 assayed at 98.6% of specification.
• Culture viability: plate counts on all three strains at release; the current lot reads 102% of label claim.
• Heavy metals: lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury by ICP-MS; the 2026 lot screens at < 0.3 ppm.
• Microbiology: total plate count, yeast and mold, and specified pathogens to USP 61/62; result on file: Pass (USP 61/62).
• Pesticide panel: run on the botanical fiber inputs at intake, before blending.
• Allergen review: the finished panel carries no dairy, gluten, soy, or gelatin.

Where the inputs come from

Chicory inulin is extracted from European-grown chicory root, the resistant starch from US-grown potatoes, and the cultures are fermented and freeze-dried domestically. Suppliers ship with certificates at intake, and intake documents are matched against the release file so the chain holds end to end.

Release, step by step

1. Inputs arrive with supplier certificates and pass intake identity checks.
2. The blended batch is sampled and couriered to Quarrystone Assay Laboratories, LLC.
3. Assay, viability, metals, and micro results return against specification.
4. Only then does the lot receive its identifier, currently ES26.R2-0518, and certificate QAL-CoA-26-2274, and enter the shipping queue.
