Orders leave the Louisiana warehouse within 1 business day and cross the US in 3 to 6 business days. Tracking lands in your inbox the moment the label prints. That is the short version; the detail follows.

Tracking and delivery

Every shipment carries a tracking number, sent by email at dispatch. Boxes are plain and unbranded; the label names Redbud Wellness Company, LLC as sender. Signature is not required, so redirect to a work address if porch delivery worries you.

If the box goes missing

Wait two days past the last tracking scan, check with neighbors and the mail room, then write to [email protected] with the order number. Confirmed-lost shipments are reshipped from the same verified lot at no charge; that cost stays on the desk, not on you.

Returns and coverage notes

Return shipments require an authorization code first; the guarantee page walks the three steps. Shipping currently covers the United States only, since the 2026 authorized cycle is a US distribution; the original shipping fee on the 2-bottle pack is not refundable. Delivery dates never move the guarantee clock, which starts only at the carrier delivery scan.
