The SlimTide Review Board
Three credentialed reviewers read this portal so buyers do not need blind trust. Their names sit in the bylines; their standards sit below, in public, next to the corrections policy that keeps everyone honest.
The board
Renata reads every consumer-facing page for nutritional accuracy and for honesty about what fiber and food can and cannot do. She is the reason the word cure appears on this portal only inside denials.
Peter signs off on mechanism and ingredient pages. His standing rule: if a strain-level claim outruns the human literature, it gets cut to supports language or it gets cut entirely.
Imani reviews safety-adjacent copy: interactions, who-should-skip guidance, and the side effect language in the help center. She has veto power over any sentence that could read as medical advice.
The four-step editorial process
- Draft from sources. The research desk writes from government health databases, university nutrition pages, and peer-reviewed syntheses; every claim carries its citation or does not ship.
- Specialist review. The relevant board member reads for accuracy and for overreach; supports never becomes treats.
- Compliance pass. Pages are checked against FDA structure-function rules and against the lot file, so the numbers on screen match ES26.R2-0518 exactly.
- Cycle re-review. Every page is re-read each production cycle, and the Last reviewed dateline updates only when the read actually happened.
Corrections, on the record
Substantive errors get fixed in place with a dated note; typographical fixes ship silently. Spotted something off, from a dosage figure to a broken citation? Write to [email protected] with the page address, and the desk will answer within one business day with what changed or why it stands.
The board reviews content only; it does not provide medical care, and its presence is editorial oversight of the SlimTide portal, not clinical supervision of readers. For product data itself, start at the doses page or the mechanism dossier, both reviewed under this process, or return to the SlimTide official website overview.
